Wife of the former Governor of Oyo State and President of the Senator Abiola Ajimobi Foundation (SAAF), Dr.(Mrs.) Florence Ajimobi has sent a condolence message to the Olugbon of Orile-Igbon, Oba Francis Alao over the death of his mother,Deaconess Margaret Oyeronke Alao. The monarch ‘s mother died last Friday at 81 years, after a brief illness.
According to Mrs Ajimobi, who is the Yeye Oba Olugbon of Orile-Igbonland said though Mama lived to a ripe old age, “it is still sad to lose a loved one”.
Her message reads: “I was deeply saddened to hear about the loss of your beloved mother, Deaconess Oyeronke Alao. Though she breathed her last at age 81, my heart still goes out to you and the royal family at this time. Losing a loved one is never easy, and I can only imagine your grief on her passing.
“ I want to extend my sincere condolences to you and the entire people of Orile-Igbon over Mama’s transition to glory. She was an incredible woman who touched many lives, and her legacy will live on through you and your loved ones. I pray that Almighty God grants her soul a peaceful rest.
“In times like these, words are often inadequate, but I hope you find comfort in knowing that her memory and impact will continue to inspire and guide you.
“Her life was a testament to her strength, resilience, and dedication to the entire people of Orile-Igbon. She instilled in you worthy values of integrity, which have made you an outstanding Kabiyesi, ruling with wisdom that has brought peace and tranquility to the community. May her soul rest in peace”.
