Lagos has become the first African city to host the E1 Championship electric powerboat race, marking a significant milestone in Nigeria’s growing profile in sustainable sports and blue economy development. The E1 Lagos Grand Prix positions Nigeria alongside host cities like Monaco, London, and Venice in the international clean energy racing circuit.
