I just finished watching our brother, Adebayo Adelabu, HM, Power, on TVC’s “Your View” and to my utter surprise, I ended up being quite impressed, to say the least.

I think Minister Adelabu’s biggest drawback thus far has been one of communication rather than of performance and it’s a good thing he’s now engaging the public and building up confidence in President Tinubu’s commitment to delivering for the Nigerian people in the power sector.

I was truly surprised this morning and would say this is his best outing, thus far.

Indeed, I encourage him to keep engaging the public going forward.

Needless to say, he must fanatically strive to deliver on the task Asiwaju handed him.

My assessment of Minister Adelabu has changed from negative to positive, for now, at least.

Kudos to him and may God grant him the grace to succeed, put smiles on the faces of Nigerians and make Asiwaju, our administration and our party proud.
