The Rivers State Police Command is actively investigating an explosion that occurred on June 25th at Aba Road, opposite Hotel Presidential. The incident, which has led to the identification of one individual in connection with the blast, has prompted a thorough inquiry to determine its cause and circumstances.

Commissioner of Police Tunji Disu emphasized the significance of public vigilance and urged the community to remain calm. “Our top priority is ensuring the safety and security of all residents and visitors in Rivers State. We are committed to a comprehensive investigation to bring clarity to this unfortunate event,” CP Disu said.
