The AbdulRazaq-led administration in Kwara State has reaffirmed its dedication to elevating the standard of education by investing in infrastructure and learning resources for government-owned schools across the region.

This commitment was reiterated by the Commissioner for Education and Human Capital Development, Hajia Sa’adatu Modibbo Kawu, during the official handover ceremony of a newly constructed block of three classrooms converted into a one-storey building at Government Day Secondary School, Oke Aluko, Ilorin.

Governor AbdulRazaq’s unwavering promise to provide conducive learning environments remains a focal point of his administration’s agenda.

He emphasised that quality education thrives in environments that are conducive and free from distractions, highlighting the importance of creating conducive spaces for learning to flourish.

Alhaji Mohammed Nuru Yusuf, the Balogun Afin of Ilorin, expressed gratitude on behalf of the community for the significant strides made by the State government in revitalising the educational sector. He commended the Governor for his commitment to improving educational infrastructure and prayed for continued guidance in his endeavours.

The school principal lauded Governor AbdulRahman AbdulRazaq for his commendable efforts in the education sector since assuming office.
